Levi Wellness Club Terms of Use

In order for us to provide you with the best customer service possible and a comfortable, safe environment to train in we have some terms of service we ask you to pay attention to. These terms apply to all our customers. By using our facilities and/or services, you thereby consent to following these rules.

  • We greet and appreciate the people we train with
  • Everyone is responsible for their own training, health and insurance. Levi Wellness Club is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during using our facilities.
  • Any extra time left over/unused from your card will not be refunded.
  • Outside shoes and/or clothing should be left in the areas designated for them, or in the changing rooms.
  • Use inside shoes with light soles, and training clothes while training.
  • Return the weights and other equipment you have used back to where you took it from.
  • Reserving the gym equipment is forbidden.
  • If you lose the locker key, you will have to pay 50 euros.
  • Our gym is NOT a public place and therefore filming/taking pictures of other people without their knowledge and/or consent is forbidden. 
  • We sometimes film material at the gym (for social media etc.), so by using our facilities you accept that you might be seen in some of the material. If you do not wish to be seen in anything, we ask you to let us know when we are filming.
  • Only Levi Wellness Club coaches are allowed to coach in our gym.
  • Levi Wellness Club takes no responsibility for any lost belongings.
  • It is forbidden to store anything inside the lockers overnight. 
  • You are required to vacate the premises by closing time. 
  • If you notice that something is broken at the gym or in the changing rooms, please inform our staff.
  • Use a towel to cover the qym equipment and/or mats if possible. 
  • Do not let other people in to the gym with your access card. Go through the gate one by one.
  • If you misuse the access card, you will be required to pay a fine of 200€ and your right to use our facilities will be cancelled. 
  • We have video surveillance at our gym. We perform random checks at the gym and you will be required to show your access card at that time.
  • You can bring a child under 13 year for free with you to the gym during your own gym training between 5:00 and 15:00, but a parent must take full responsibility for the wellbeing and safety of the child AND additionally make sure that the child causes no disturbance for other customers. Children over 13 years can come to the gym with parents any time we are open and a child must have a single entry (10€) or a valid membership to our gym. 
  • The minimum age limit for training at the gym and attending classes is 15. Young people under the age of 18 must have a consent from their parents or guardians.
  • If your access card, mobile application or pin code does not work or if you have any other issues with our facilities, please contact our customer service +358 400 232641
  • For new customers, it is possible to book a group training class by our website or on the spot when our customer service is open. 
  • If you have an active account, we ask you to book online in advance. If you have lost the username and password provided for you, renewing them at the customer service desk is free. 
  • You will be able to book group training classes from 48hours to 30 minutes beforehand.
  • If the class is booked full, you can inquire about cancelled spots from our customer service.
  • Please try to make sure that if you book a place at a group training class, you are able to attend.
  • If for any reason, you are unable to attend the class you have booked, you can cancel the booking online with your username and password.
  • If you have purchase one group training classes and you don’t arrive, we don’t refund money.
  • Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class. You will be unable to attend the class if you are late.
  • It is not polite to exit a class midway through. So please only pick classes you are able to attend from start to finish.
  • While using our facilities, you give your permission for us to send you our newsletter and other information via email. You will not be able to cancel these while you have our membership.
  • You can cancel the newsletter, if you are no longer a member of our gym. Please send an email to info@leviwellnessclub.fi
  • During our group training classes the facilities are free to be used by other customers as long as the space is not needed by the group.
