TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to provide the best possible service and quality, as well as a comfortable training environment and safe training conditions, we have listed the terms and conditions for our services.
These terms and conditions apply to all customers of Levi Wellness Club. By using our facilities/services, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
The gym is open from 4:00 AM to 11:30 PM and everyone must leave by midnight.
We greet and appreciate our fellow exercisers.
Everyone is responsible for their own training, health and insurance. Levi Wellness Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents or other harm caused on its premises.
The training card / series card / one-time payment is personal. Do not let others into our premises. Only one person at a time will pass through the gate.
Misuse of the training card will result in a €200 fine and cancellation of the card.
Unused training time on the training card will not be refunded in cash or other benefits.
Our gyms are under camera surveillance. We conduct spot checks from time to time – in which case customers are required to show their valid membership/single visit.
The age limit for gym and group exercise is 15 years. Anyone under 18 must have a parent's consent to exercise.
Children under 13 years of age can be brought to the gym for free during parent's independent workout between 5:00 and 15:00, but the parent is fully responsible for their child's safety and that the child does not cause any disturbance to other trainers. Children over 13 years of age can come to train with a parent at any time during the gym's opening hours and the child must have a paid single session or a valid membership.
Outdoor shoes and clothing should be left in the designated places or in the lockers.
Wear workout clothes and indoor shoes when exercising.
Return the weights and training equipment you use to their proper places.
Reserving gym equipment entirely for personal use is prohibited.
If you lose your locker key, we will charge you €50.
Our gym is not a public space, photographing other people without permission is prohibited.
We occasionally film our activities. By using our services, you agree that you may appear in photos or videos that we share on social media. However, if you do not want to appear anywhere, etc., please mention this to our staff during the filming.
Outside coaches are not allowed to coach at our gym.
The center is not responsible for the customer's lost property.
Storing items in lockers overnight is prohibited.
Everyone must leave the gym premises by closing time.
If you notice that any equipment is broken, please report it to our customer service.
Please clean the equipment and tools you use after training.
In case your access card, application or PIN code does not work for some reason (e.g. the door does not open) or if you have other problems related to our services, always contact our customer service at tel. 0400232641
For new customers, group exercise classes can be booked online or on-site when our customer service is open. With a valid training card, the customer must reserve a spot for the class using the app. Group exercise classes can be booked online latest 1 hour before the class starts.
Anyone can inquire about reserve seats by calling 30 minutes before the start of classes.
Group exercise reservations must be made to the best of your ability so that you attend the reserved classes.
However, if you cannot make it to the class, you can cancel it 4 hours before the class starts via the app. Later, cancellations can only be made by calling our customer service: 0400232641.
If you do not arrive for two of your booked classes during the week, you will receive a two-day booking ban, during which you will not be able to book classes.
If you have purchased a one-time group exercise session and do not cancel your reservation, we will charge the price of the one-time session anyway.
Please arrive at the group exercise class on time, no later than 10 minutes before the class starts. Participating in the class during the class is prohibited.
It is not appropriate to leave a class in the middle of the class. Book classes that you can attend from start to finish.
During group exercise classes in the gym, the space is free to use to the extent that it is not needed for group exercise, but the space must be made available (e.g. weightlifting areas) for group use if requested by the instructor.
By using our services, you agree to receive newsletters and other information in your email. You cannot unsubscribe from emails while you are a customer of Levi Wellness Club.
